Pro Media has had the pleasure of working with the Anti-Bride brand and Founder, Carolyn Gerin since 2008, including managing all of the press surrounding the successful “Operation Aisle Style” event at the W Hotel San Francisco. Pro Media representative Rena Ramirez worked closely with Gerin and the W San Francisco marketing team to fully execute this alterna-wedding fashion event in partnership with the Art Institute and Project Runway star, Austin Scarlett. Aside from attaining substantial alcohol sponsors and managing the guest list, Pro Media attained numerous media placements as a result from publications and outlets including Daily Candy, SFIndieFashion.com, Innovative Fashion Council, San Francisco Examiner, Brides.com and beyond. As a result, the event was one of the W San Francisco’s best attended happenings in recent years, bringing together 700+ guests from industries including those in the music, fashion and web 2.0 communities.
AntiBride.com is a social network and community platform supporting the Anti-Bride book series. Cited as a Top 100 Wedding Blog 2010 by Bridetide.com, and a Top 10 Wedding Trend 2010 by The Knot, the Anti-Bride series, and Antibride.com continues to gain print and online momentum. Pro Media has also helped to launch the most recent addition to the Anti-Bride brand, the Anti-Bride Mobile App, making its debut in November 2010.
